In short: Focus Time allows you to reserve blocks of uninterrupted time for deep work, helping minimize distractions and manage your availability. Out of Office lets you mark periods when you’re unavailable, ensuring others know not to schedule events or assign tasks during that time. Together, these event types keep your schedule organized and your priorities clear.
The Calendar module includes event types designed to help you better manage your time and communicate availability to other members of your Timebook Workplace. Two key event types—Focus Time and Out of Office—offer unique ways to organize your schedule effectively:

Out of Office marks you as unavailable, so others know not to assign work or schedule other events during those periods.
