In short: The [My Work] module is a personal space where you can track your tasks, private or shared documentation, items of interest, and personal notes—all organized in one place. Access the module directly from the Navigator and use its tabs to view and manage personal items quickly and efficiently.
The [My Work] module in Timebook is your personal workspace, helping you manage your daily tasks and private notes, track the objects you’ve decided to follow, and access shared documentation, all in one place. With everything organized and easily accessible, you can stay focused and on top of what’s relevant to your work.
In [My Work], the focus is on various objects created by you, assigned to you, and shared Documents.

This module is conveniently located in the Navigator on the left side of your screen, allowing you to quickly access everything that has personal relevance. With just a few clicks, you can jump to the items that matter most, ensuring that all your essential information is right at your fingertips.
[My Work] is divided into several tabs for better organization; read the rest of this article to learn more about specific tabs.
You can filter the number of items displayed in the tabs of [My Work] or change their presentation style.

The [My Work] module includes several tabs, each designed to help you organize and keep track of your Timebook objects, Documents, and personal notes. Here’s how each tab works:
Assigned to me
You can use the [Manage views] section here to filter or sort by Status or Priority, helping you focus on the most urgent tasks or plan for a longer term.
Created by me
In this tab, you’ll find all the objects you’ve created, whether they’re assigned to you or someone else.
This is where you can track the progress of the tasks you initiated, check for updates, and follow up with your teammates if needed. It’s an ideal way to stay on top of the work you’ve initiated and make sure it is moving forward.
Watched
This tab lets you monitor Timebook objects you might not be directly assigned to but want to keep an eye on.
Notes
This tab is your personal space for capturing and organizing quick thoughts, reminders, and essential information.
Use the left pane to browse through your notes, use the search bar to locate specific ones, and add new notes using the [+] icon. Selecting a note opens it in the right pane, where you can edit the content, apply formatting, and add tags for easy organization.
This tab is designed to keep your personal notes accessible and organized, with automatic saving to ensure nothing is lost.
Documents
This tab also displays all Documents other Workplace members shared specifically with you. Each shared Document is marked with the [Shared by] icon for easy identification.
Files
In theory, you could create an object, assign it to yourself, and add it to watched items.
In this case, you would find this object in all three tabs: [Assigned to me], [Created by me], and [Watched].
This tab shows you all assigned to you across your . It’s your go-to for seeing exactly what you’re responsible for.
If there’s work you’re involved with or interested in, you can follow it here. All your watched objects are listed in this tab, where you can manage them easily. You’ll also receive updates about any changes to them in the module.
This tab shows all you’ve created for personal use. These documents are typically not intended for collaboration, but you can share them with individuals or teams within your . For more information, see

Whether added as attachments to or as content for your , these files are stored and displayed here for easy access.
