In short: The [My Work] module is a personal space where you can track your tasks, shared documentation, and items of interest, and store personal notes—all organized in one place. Access the module directly from the Navigator and use its tabs to view and manage relevant items quickly and efficiently.
The [My Work] module in Timebook is your personal workspace, helping you manage your daily tasks and private notes, track the objects you’ve decided to follow, and access shared documentation, all in one place. With everything organized and easily accessible, you can stay focused and on top of what’s relevant to your work.
This module is conveniently located in the Navigator on the left side of your screen, allowing you to quickly access everything that has personal relevance. With just a few clicks, you can jump to the items that matter most, ensuring that all your essential information is right at your fingertips.
[My Work] is divided into several tabs for better organization; read the rest of this article to learn more about specific tabs.
You can filter the number of Work Items displayed in the tabs of [My Work] or change their presentation style.

The [My Work] module includes several tabs, each designed to help you organize and keep track of your Work Items and personal notes. Here’s how each tab works:
Assigned to me
This tab shows you all Work Items assigned to you across your Workplace. It’s your go-to for seeing exactly what you’re responsible for.
You can use the [Manage views] section here to filter or sort by Status or Priority, helping you focus on the most urgent tasks or plan for a longer term.
Created by me
In this tab, you’ll find all the Work Items you’ve created, whether they’re assigned to you or to someone else.
This is where you can track the progress of the tasks you initiated, check for updates, and follow up with your teammates if needed. It’s an ideal way to stay on top of the items you’ve started and make sure they’re moving forward.
Shared with me
This tab displays all Timebook Documents that others have shared specifically with you.
It’s designed to give you easy access to materials relevant to collaboration. Instead of searching through various locations, you can find these documents in one place and quickly jump into the content you need.
Watched
This tab lets you monitor Work Items you might not be directly assigned to but want to keep an eye on.
Notes
This tab is your personal space for capturing and organizing quick thoughts, reminders, and essential information.
Use the left pane to browse through your notes, use the search bar to locate specific ones, and add new notes using the [+] icon. Selecting a note opens it in the right pane, where you can edit the content, apply formatting, and add tags for easy organization.
This tab is designed to keep your personal notes accessible and organized, with automatic saving to ensure nothing is lost.
In theory, you could create a Work Item, assign it to yourself, and add it to watched items.
In this case, you would find this Work Item in all three tabs: [Assigned to me], [Created by me], and [Watched].
If there’s work you’re involved with or interested in, you can follow it here. All your watched Work Items are listed in this tab, where you can manage them easily. You’ll also receive updates about any changes to them in the module.
