Appointment
An Appointment is a feature that allows you to define recurring time slots in your weekly schedule, making them available for others to book. This is particularly useful for professionals with regular availability slots, such as free time every Monday and Wednesday from 1 to 4 PM.

Assumption
An Assumption is a hypothesis or belief that supports a proposed Solution within an Opportunity Solution Tree (OST). It represents an untested idea or condition that needs validation to determine its accuracy. Assumptions help teams outline the reasoning behind their decisions, ensuring transparency and a structured approach to problem-solving.
Block
A block is a customizable element to structure and present content within pages. Blocks enable you to format text, insert images, embed videos, and integrate other media, enhancing the clarity and engagement of your Documents.

Document

Event

A Poll is a scheduling tool that allows you to propose multiple time options for a Meeting and invite participants to vote on their preferred times.

Solution
A Solution is a proposed method or approach to address an identified Opportunity within the Opportunity Solution Tree (OST). Each Solution is linked to underlying Assumptions, which outline the hypotheses that need to be tested to validate their effectiveness.
