The [Billing] section in the [Workplace settings] module helps you manage and upgrade your subscription, check invoice details, and compare Timebook pricing plans. In short, the [Billing] section is your one place to oversee and optimize your Timebook subscription.
There are several tabs in the [Billing] section, each dedicated to a different aspect of subscription management. See below for specific information on options available in particular tabs.
Only the Workplace Owner, Admins, and Billing Admins can access the options in the [Billing] section.
To access this section:
Click the dropdown next to the name of your Workplace in the top-left corner.
From the menu, select [Workplace settings].
Open the [Billing] section.
Overview
This tab provides an overview of your subscription details, including:
Your pricing plan: Displays the name of your current plan and whether you're on a monthly or yearly payment option. You can change your plan or unsubscribe directly from this tab—simply follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process.
Workplace members: Shows the current number of members in your Workplace, with a direct link to the [Members] section for adding or removing members as needed.
Subscription renewal: Indicates the renewal date of your subscription and outlines any payment adjustments due to changes in memberships during the current payment period.
Billing information: Includes details like the credit card used for payments, a link to your invoice history, and the email address for receiving billing notifications.
Invoices
This tab provides a detailed overview of your invoice history.
From the list of invoices, you can:
Check the status of each invoice (paid, unpaid, or overdue).
[View] invoice details or [Download] a PDF copy.
Retry payment for overdue invoices.
Additionally, this tab shows the date of your last payment and the issue date of your next invoice.
Billing info
This tab displays the billing address and company information we will use when issuing invoices.
To update these details, click [Update info]. You’ll be redirected to our third-party payment provider to make the necessary changes.
Edition pricing
This tab is an overview of all Timebook plans.
You can use it to compare available features, pricing details, and how the prices change when you switch between monthly and yearly billing.
You can use the buttons at the bottom to upgrade or downgrade to a different plan. A pop-up window will show how the changes affect your billing.
This article does not cover the specifics of the payment options, as third-party services handle payment processes externally.
