Manage your contacts from external organizations.

Clients in Timebook

Use this tab in the Workplace Admin to define other organizations you do business with. Think of it as a list of all the vendors and third parties that you cooperate with on a daily basis.

You can press the [+] button to add more Clients to the list. Provide their contact details and press [Save] to complete the process. The new Client (external organization) is now visible in the middle pane, and you can add contact cards of specific people within this organization.


Add a Client contact

Once you add a Client to the list, you can use the [Add contact] button to create a contact card within that Client. This way, you can build a database of the organizations you cooperate with and add contact cards for those within these organizations.

After you press the [Add contact] button, enter the person's contact details, and press [Save] to confirm. You can find all the contacts belonging to a particular Client in the [Contacts] tab.

You can assign Clients to specific in Timebook.

You can then mark specific Team content as Client-related. This will help you manage data relevant to your Client later on.
