Manage access and permissions of collaborators from other Workplaces.
Add external collaborators to your Workplace
You can invite users from different to work together on a project and boost collaboration. We call these collaborators "Partners", and you can give them access to. For more information, see Partners
In Workplace Admin, you can see the complete list of all Partners invited to all Teams in your Workplace.
To manage Timebook Partners:
Press the dropdown next to your Workplace's name in the top-left corner.
From the resulting menu, select [Workplace Admin].
Then open the [Partners] tab.
The [Partners] tab is a list of Partners that shows their names, email addresses, invitation status, and the Team to which they were invited.
You can use the [Permission group] column to change Partners' permissions. You can choose from:
[Can view] for read-only access.
[Can edit] for modifying the Team's content.
[Can edit & invite] for Partners who can invite others to the Team.
You can remove Partners (and revoke their access) by pressing the [Meatballs] icon next to their name on the list and selecting [Delete].
Other options available in the [Meatballs] menu are [Accept] or [Reject]; use them to respond to Partner invitations initiated in your Workplace.
