Your way of seeing work

One of Timebook's main goals is to enable you to work in your preferred style. That's why we want to give you several tools to customize how you see your work.

In Timebook, you have the freedom to adjust your work focus. This means you can decide which items to display and how to group them, and you can select a type of presentation that works best in a given context. These features should help you maintain control over your workload with less effort.

You can customize the presentation of Timebook items using the following options:

  • Several layouts to present the same pool of data differently.

  • Different grouping and slicing options to organize the data.

  • The ability to show or hide fields to define how much data you want to see.

  • Multiple filters to reduce the amount of data you work with.

  • Custom views to save your preferred presentation for later.

Some of the features listed above are not exclusive to the work management modules of Timebook.
