Timebook Workplace for your organization
A Workplace is the central part of Timebook and the base for all other modules. After you sign up for Timebook, we ask you to create your Workplace and give it a meaningful name. You can then use the Workplace to build a work management platform for your organization.
A Workplace can become a mirror of your organization as you add more members, assign specific user roles, and allow them to use shared resources. In Timebook, it all starts with the Workplace that enables to do their work effectively.
The Workplace section of Timebook is available to all members, regardless of their .
We believe all members should have access to general Workplace information to align with the organization's objectives. We want each Workplace member to contribute more effectively to shared goals.
Workplace features
You can find the dedicated [Workplace] area in the middle of the Navigator. It contains several sections and lets you jump between them. Each section is a module presenting a different aspect of your Workplace.
The [Workplace] area shows the high-level aspects of your Workplace. You can view all the Teams, manage your organization's Roadmaps and Goals, and create a company Wiki to guide all members.

We also have a dedicated module where Admins and Owners can manage their Workplace.

In this section, you can browse all the Teams in your Timebook Workplace.
Roadmaps are large-scale tools for tracking projects and evaluating the work in the big picture. This section contains all the Roadmaps created for your Workplace.
This is where you can create or read the guidelines, best practices, or any other reference material written for your organization.
In this section, you can create and manage Goals that will drive the work of your organization. You can link your Workplace Goals with other work-related items in Timebook.
