Team overview at the Workplace level
It's an important part of our mission to give you a collaborative space for effective work management. That's why we designed where all members can work together on a project.
The [Teams] section is where you can see all the Teams created in your Workplace. From here, you can jump to any Team you are a member of or join a new one.
This section of your Workplace is a combined view of all existing Teams.
But we also have articles explaining how to navigate and use the features of an actual Team in Timebook. For more information, see Team: Manage people & work
Teams section features
This section uses tiles to represent all Teams in your Workplace. Each tile displays basic information about a Team, including its name, status, number of members, and creator's name.
In Timebook, you can be a member of as many Teams as you like.
We divided the [Teams] section into three areas:
The [Joined Teams] area shows all the Teams you joined in this Workplace. Press [Go to this Team ] on any of the tiles to .
The [Available Teams] area shows you the list of in this Workplace. Press [Join this Team] to become a member immediately.
The [Archived Teams] area shows a list of all Teams that are not currently in use. The Workplace Owner or Admin can restore deactivated Teams at any time using the [Restore] button on the Team's tile.
We added the areas above to make Team navigation more convenient for all Workplace members.
