You can explore all the options to find the most convenient one.
Modify events on the Calendar grid
The Calendar grid helps you reschedule without much effort. You can change the dates and times of your scheduled events with just a drag-and-drop. This option works for both hosts and guests.
Rescheduling your events in Timebook is easy as you can use the grid to move the events around:
You can drag an event across your Calendar and drop it onto a new time slot.
To change the duration of an event, drag the lower edge of the event’s tile.
As a host, after making a change, you can notify your guests about it. To do so, check the [Notify guests] box in the pop-up window you receive after updating an event.
As a guest, after making a change, press [Propose] on the resulting pop-up. You will then see a dedicated modal to view the host's Calendar, make necessary changes, optionally attach a message, and [Send] your proposal.
When you update a recurring event, we will ask you if you want to apply this change to the current event only, this and future events, or all events (including the past ones).
Your decision will affect the selected events in your Calendar.
Unless your guests accept the new date and time (or the updated duration), they will be considered "tentative" for this event.
