Events
Learn about all the events you can create with Timebook. It's much more than Meetings.
Overview of Timebook events
In the Calendar module, anything you book your time for becomes an event. All events are shown as , so you can always see how busy your schedule is.
Timebook comes with several event types, each with slightly different options. Different events allow you to schedule flexibly, from the smallest to the longest Meetings. You can also define your availability and let others worry about scheduling.
Event cards
When you create a new event in the Calendar module, we show it as a tile on the grid. Press on the tile to see the details of the event and all available options. This is what we call an event card - your one place to manage the event.
The articles listed below explain all the options for creating different events. We offer you many settings, but they are mostly optional, so focus on the ones you need to fine-tune your events.
