Use the Calendar module to create and schedule Work Items.

Create Work Items in the Calendar

Timebook comes with several that you can use across the app. But you can also directly on the grid, which automatically books time for them in your Calendar.

The following instructions explain creating a new Work Item on the Calendar grid.

To create a Work Item on the Calendar grid:

  1. Press anywhere on the grid to schedule work for the selected time slot.

  2. Select [Work Item] from the list of events.

  3. Name your Work Item, and use additional options if necessary. For more information on available settings, see Work Item

  4. Press anywhere outside the Work Item card to save your changes. We mark the Work Items scheduled in your Calendar with a dedicated clipboard icon.

You can also create a Work Item using the [+] button above the grid.

However, such Work Items are not scheduled for any particular time.
