Align your to-do list with your working style and keep your Work Items in order.
Manage Work Items in the To-do drawer
Use the To-do drawer to see and organize in your preferred way. The drawer comes in handy regardless of whether you want to focus on your work's importance, urgency, or other aspects.
To group and prioritize your Work Items, press [Manage view] at the top of the drawer, and select one of the available options in the [Group by] dropdown menu. You can then drag and drop items between the groups.
Available grouping options
The following options are available in the [Group by] dropdown menu of the To-do drawer:
[Status]
This option shows all your Work Items grouped by their current status.
This view is best to track the progress of your work.
[Start date]
This option shows all your Work Items grouped by their start date.
This view is best when you want to make sure all the important work was started as planned.
[Due date]
This option shows all your Work Items grouped by their due date (including the overdue ones).
This view is best when you want to focus on the urgency of your work.
[Priority]
This option shows all your Work Items grouped by their importance.
You can select from [Urgent], [High], [Normal], [Low], and [No priority]. This view is best when you want to focus on the importance of your work.
[Tags]
This option shows all your Work Items grouped by the tags they are marked with.
This view is best when you want to focus on labels attached to different Work Items.
[Project]
This option shows all your Work Items grouped by the Projects they belong to.
This view is best when you want to focus on work assigned to multiple Projects and move your work between them. For more information, see Project
[Sprint]
This option shows all your Work Items grouped by the Sprints to which you added them.
This view is best when you want to focus on multiple streams of work or move your items between them. For more details, see Sprint
[Team]
This option shows all your Work Items grouped by the Team they belong to.
This view is best when you want to see your work grouped by different projects you participate in. For more information, see Team: Manage people & work
[Owner]
This option shows all your Work Items grouped by the person who created them.
All the Work Items in the drawer are assigned to you, but you might want to check who created them.
[Item type]
This option shows all your Work Items grouped by their type.
Work Items can have different types; for example, you can work with [Tasks], [Epics], or [Stories]. This grouping option helps you see all the items belonging to a specific type in one place.
