Focus on your working style

One of our main goals is to help you get things done in your preferred way. Eliminate app-switching and manage different aspects of your work solely in Timebook. With these features, you can deliver what's important without ever losing your focus.


Work from your calendar

Timebook allows you to use your calendar as the central location for managing all your commitments, regardless of their type. Use the [Calendar] module in Timebook to handle all your events and schedule your tasks.

With the [Calendar] module in Timebook, you can:

  • Schedule and manage all regular events, from Meetings to Out-of-Office hours. You can also share your availability or create a Poll to involve others in finding the best meeting time. ➡️ For more information on available event types, see Events

  • Schedule your tasks manually using the dedicated [To-do] drawer in the Calendar module. This feature allows you to see all your work in one place and schedule it with a simple drag-and-drop. ➡️ For more information, see To-do drawer

  • Customize the functionality and the appearance of your [Calendar module] using multiple settings and preferences. In short, Timebook enables you to control your scheduled commitments from one central location.


All your work in one place

Timebook is primarily a team collaboration platform. But we also want to give you tools to manage and track your individual assignments and efforts. With the [My Work] module in Timebook, you can find all the work that's relevant to you in one place.

With the [My Work] module in Timebook, you can:

  • Track all the objects that are relevant to your work. Here, you can quickly find all the tasks created by you (even if they are currently assigned to others) or the tasks assigned to you. Pin and bookmark relevant content

When you use Timebook, we want to help you focus on what's really important; that's why efficient navigation is key. And we believe that app navigation works best when you can design it for yourself using simple tools. That's why we give you bookmarks and pins to mark your favorite content for quick reference.

With the pin and bookmark features in Timebook, you can:

  • Boost your Navigator in Timebook by pinning objects to it. Pin the most frequently visited objects to the top of the Navigator to ensure they are always only a click away. ➡️ For more information on expanding your navigation, see Bookmarks & pins

It's time to start a Team

All the features presented so far should help you find your way in Timebook and boost your favorite working style. That being said, you might also want to join Timebook Teams to experience effective collaboration. We designed multiple features that allow groups of professionals to join forces, align goals, and deliver the final product with flexibility.

Create a Team in Timebook to enjoy the following features:

  • Select a group of people from your Timebook Workplace and invite them to your Team. You can then plan, schedule, and track your work together. On top of that, you can all participate in managing documentation and files or provide Team-wide updates in the app. ➡️For more information, see Join or create a Team
